At Ecommerce Scaling, I wrote the operating procedures and then automated them with AI. Those systems became a core part of what was acquired.
Writing the process down makes you confront the steps. What happens first? What does a good result look like? What happens when something goes wrong?
A working process is a good starting point.
Automation gets much more useful when you can explain the work clearly.
