I built Ecommerce Scaling LLC with Aidan Zarski and Orr Hersh. We scaled it to six figures in revenue in under six months.
It was dropshipping at scale on tiny margins. We built an automation system and hired a team in Pakistan to run the day-to-day. Very hands-on work.
We sold it to a competitor. I can't share the number because of an NDA, but they are still running it with the team and the software we brought.
A few lessons stayed with me: work with co-founders who fill your gaps. Don't burn bridges. Hire before you run out of time to sleep.
